| In consideration of the payment by You to the Company of £100, the Company agrees to give You the first option to reserve the following plot: |
| Plot No: %%plot%% ('the Plot') on %%site%% when it is first released for sale. |
| This option will last for 3 working days (that being any Monday to Friday (both inclusive) but not including a Bank Holiday in the area where the plot is situated) from and including the date when the Company first notifies you that it has been released for sale and the price for the Plot. |
| You agree and accept that no price for the Plot can be provided until the Plot is first released for sale. |
| If you enter into the formal reservation agreement with the Company in the 3 working day period as stated above, you will pay to the Company £400 being the sum required to make up the reservation fee to £500. |
| In the event that You tell the Company during the said 3 working day period that you do not wish to proceed to reserve the Plot or if you do not enter into a formal reservation agreement with us in that 3 working day period, this Agreement shall no longer be in force and effect and the Company will refund to You as soon as reasonably practicable, the £100 you have paid. |
| You agree and accept that the Company hereby makes no commitment whatsoever that the Plot will be constructed on any given or implied date in any correspondence or any conversations with representatives of the Company. The Company reserves the right to alter its development plans, house types, specifications and estate layouts at any time notwithstanding that these may directly or indirectly affect the Plot. |
